“Efficient service throughout the buying process, very helpful sales person. I was informed throughly about my order. I was unaware the website sent me updates but once this was pointed out to me it was very helpful information. I will be using this companies services again for future LED orders.”

“I purchased a variety of LED products and the choice this company gave me together with the solid and sound advice was extremely professional. The sales girl knew exactly what we needed and nothing seemed to much trouble for her with our enquiry from the very beginning right through to the final stage where we made the purchase. The website I also found to be very easy to navigate through.”

“The team at Inui went the extra mile to help me with a design, they made site visits where necessary for no extra cost. Handled my criteria accordingly and came up with a cost effective, practical design to suit the project. They were on hand either over the phone or via email to answer any questions I had regarding the products or design. I will be returning again for the next project.”

“All the help received was very professional yet the only thing that let you down was the quote being sent by email The email was put into the juke box which may mean that your mailing address has some elements that Hotmail or others may not like these elements Only that I phoned did we.do business which may mean loss of business for you with other clients All other aspects good”

Thank you for your feedback David, we have listened to your comments with regards to the quote and it being in email format. This has been rectified and quotes are now in an official PDF format unless speed is of the essence in which case sometimes an email is all that is required when customers on using there portable mobile products but we fully agree with your comments. Thank you for your custom and we hope we can help you again in the near future.

“Having spent endless hours trying to get the right product and design from others suppliers this company got it right for us first time in both design and product specification. The customer service seemed to go that extra mile and nothing seemed to much trouble. The design team got the RELUX plots stop on and our client were very impressed. We were kept fully updated from the moment the order was placed to the point of delivery. Well done the team at INUI you seem to have got your customer service and relationship towards your customers just right, shame a few other companies don't take a leaf out of your book. “I have bought a few of the high bay led lights from Inui over the last few months for use in farm buildings. The products are really good, and well made. The service from the company is also really good. My only reserve is the products take a while to arrive after order, as they don't seem to carry much stock. That said they are worth the wait!”
