“Nice Web , intuitiv webshop , prices are a litle high , in my opinion”

Although this range in your opinion is a little high, we do supply some of the highest quality products on the market and as I am sure you will agree in todays market you do get what you pay for. We have a well known saying here in the UK, Buy Cheap, Buy twice. Once again thank you for your feedback it is most welcomed.

“I was pleased with the technical help provided both by email from Fay and Ade on the telephone. This when I was sourcing the best match in an LED replacement for my very old SOX lamp. I did find difficulty with the payment section of the website when I went to "checkout" and the high charge for delivery is somewhat beyond my comprehension - however, if the product works well - all may be forgiven!”

“I was looking for an LED replacement for a SOX lamp. I found what I wanted at inui and they offered a larger choice of colours than any other company I had looked at. The product was delivered quickly and meets all expectations. Would have been 5 stars, but I didn't think the packaging was up to too many knocks by clumsy couriers!”

“All the help received was very professional yet the only thing that let you down was the quote being sent by email The email was put into the juke box which may mean that your mailing address has some elements that Hotmail or others may not like these elements Only that I phoned did we.do business which may mean loss of business for you with other clients All other aspects good”

Thank you for your feedback David, we have listened to your comments with regards to the quote and it being in email format. This has been rectified and quotes are now in an official PDF format unless speed is of the essence in which case sometimes an email is all that is required when customers on using there portable mobile products but we fully agree with your comments. Thank you for your custom and we hope we can help you again in the near future.

“It isn't mentioned on your website that the items we ordered are a made to order product, so I wasn't aware the lead time would be 4 weeks. Also, once the goods arrived, there was no delivery note with them.”

Were sorry that it was not fully explained to you that this product is a made to order item only. It has been checked and your order was delivered to you from the date of order in 19 working days. All our products are on a working day delivery time. With regards to the delivery note, this was placed on your products and our courier will not take the items form us unless there is one on it. Once this leaves us however, any documentation that comes off during transit with the couriers is totally out of our control so again we are sorry if this was not on the package. You did get an email telling you that the items were being shipped from are automated system which is on file should you need proof of shipping. Your points are noted and we will try to do better.

“I have bought a few of the high bay led lights from Inui over the last few months for use in farm buildings. The products are really good, and well made. The service from the company is also really good. My only reserve is the products take a while to arrive after order, as they don't seem to carry much stock. That said they are worth the wait!”
